At TADucation, we are committed to providing high-quality educational consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to a refund or compensation for the drop in value of the service. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for a major failure with goods. If a failure with the service or goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the service and to cancel the contract for the goods and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
